Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving is a tax-effective way to make regular donations to the Sisters of the Good Samaritan Foundation.

Donations are made directly from your pay, in pre-tax dollars. This reduces the impact on your pay and makes it easier to keep track of your giving. Workplace Giving also helps us as it keeps our administration costs down and assists us with program planning.

The minimum donation via Workplace Giving is $2 a fortnight. There is no maximum amount, provided the amount does not exceed your pay for the period.

Please contact us and we will forward you the information needed to set up the Sisters of the Good Samaritan Foundation as a Workplace Giving beneficiary. Some workplaces may already have a Workplace Giving program, meaning you only need to specify the Sisters of the Good Samaritan Foundation as your chosen charity.

A regular gift to the Sisters of the Good Samaritan made via Workplace Giving makes a real difference to the lives of women and children in situations of need, so thank you for considering us as your chosen charity partner.

Here’s an example of the difference your regular donation could make:

$25 per fortnight

Could buy baby clothes and nappy packs for children in domestic violence crisis accommodation at Good Samaritan Inn, Melbourne.

$30 per fortnight

Could provide a scholarship for a student in the remote village of Railaco, Timor Leste.

$35 per fortnight

Could provide 15 children in the squatter settlements of Bacolod, the Philippines with a nutritious meal each day for a whole year.
